Ashtanga Yoga Intense Week
with Marco Aicardi
First time I met Marco in Gokarna while travelling in India in 2017. I was supposed to stay only 3 days in Gokarna but then after I discovered Marco teaching Mysore yoga classes, i stayed 10 days there. I invited Marco to teach in Brussels in September 2017 and June 2018 and as students loved him, I have invited him again this time.
Marco is a dedicated yoga practitioner & teacher giving tailor made adjustments with surgical accuracy and softness. He spends the colder part of the year in India which gives him opportunity to get to know Indian culture and different teachers in India.
I highly recommend attending the week with Marco - you won't regret :)

Making Space for your Heart
Join Marco Aicardi and experience the elating power of reaching upward and outward without losing your grounding.
This workshop aims at understanding the different components involved in a safe practice of backbends trough a blend of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.
We will focus on the various anatomical parts, (from the hips flexors to the shoulder girdle) that help or limit our Asana practice, while keeping an eye on unrestricted breath and being aware of the emotional patterns connected with the opening of our heart center.
Loosely based on the first part of the Intermediate Ashtanga Series, but with a different pace and sequencing, the workshop is open to all levels of practitioners.
In case of financial difficulty, please let us know and we can agree on better price. Yoga is for everyone!

Marco Aicardi started practicing meditation and yoga some
11 years ago, while backpacking around India.
After playing around for a while with different styles, he met the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and fell in love with it.
He travels yearly to India to perfect his own practice in Mysore, and to teach during the winter months in Gokarna, on the coast of Karnataka, while in summer he travels across Europe to teach and share his enthusiasm for Yoga.
"Marco is a very kind and attentive teachers who approaches every student individually, with utmost attention. His alignments are gentle without lacking precision, intensity and effectiveness. He gives good tips for practice while taking into account personal physical constraints and abilities".
"Marco is a super friendly and knowledgeable teacher with a great sense of humour. I really enjoyed practicing with him, both because of his spot on adjustments and because of his very interesting talks on various physical and mental topics".
