Yoga in Parc du Cinquantenaire

#PLAN: First, we will drop our mats and bags at the point where we will do yoga (displayed on the map). Then we will start with the light run around the Parc Cinquantanaire to get some warm up. You can run or walk in the groups/pairs. Those ones who dont like running can walk or just wait for us till we finish or come 15 min later. We will do max.1 round. Expect dynamic style of yoga with some couple asanas (postures) in the end:)
#WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat (NOT A FOAM MAT - that is for PILATES and this mats does not stick to the floor), water, towel. If you dont have yoga mat, please write me an e-mail and I might bring one for you (But i won't carry 10 mats).
