Mysore style is the traditional way of practicing the Ashtanga Yoga - according to your own breath, pace and level of practice. The teacher assists and corrects your practice and suggests modifications if needed, adding new advanced postures to your practice when you are ready for them. This class is suitable for those who wants to include yoga into their every day life, to create their own practice to which they get dedicated regularly. This way yoga becomes your lifestyle and the results of yoga as increased body and mind awareness, connection to yourself will come to you slowly.
As a beginner, you will learn the sequence step by step, receiving verbal instructions from the teacher on how to perform each posture and how to link them together. You will be able to learn and practice the sequence in a short time period depending on your capabilities and dedication to practice.

FULL LED PRIMARY SERIES (every second Monday of the month)

For those familiar with Ashtanga Yoga who can practice Primary Series till Purvottanasana. Led Primary is a guided class, where the teacher leads all the students simultaneously through the whole sequence of postures comprising the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Students with some experience of Ashtanga to seasoned Ashtanga students are welcome to attend. (Beginners are encouraged to start with one-on-one instruction in Mysore classes or a short led Primary series). This class is steady and flowing, the teacher offering guidance both verbally and with hands-on corrections. Newer students have the option of doing just a half Primary sequence and closing if they wish.

BLACK LOTUS SEQUENCE (every second Monday of the month)
Black Lotus Yoga, created by Ty Landrum, is a modern vinyasa yoga system centered on breath-led movement and inner energetic flow.
A fluid, evolving yoga practice that combines traditional Hatha principles with creative sequencing, using the breath to guide movement, open the body’s inner channels, and awaken vitality and awareness.
The system is organized into 6 main series (progressive sequences).
