Certified Vinyasa Krama Mandiram teacher Danka Bednarova  is returning to Brussels to give special workshops dedicated to the Lion Energy from the Vinyasa Krama system. Together, we’ll explore three unique sequences:
  1. Standard Lion Sequence ,
  2. Lion Cub (Therapeutic),
  3. Shoulder Lion,  each offering profound benefits for body, mind, and spirit.
These sequences share a common thread—the transformative essence of the Lion practice. Rooted in tradition, they focus on core strength, leg stability, and spinal mobility, laying the foundation for a healthy, vibrant body and an open, courageous heart.

"My personal journey with the Lion sequences began eight years ago under the guidance of my teacher, Matthew Sweeney. These practices completely changed and deepened my backbends, helping me cultivate not just physical strength but emotional resilience. While challenging, the sequences are deeply supportive, offering safe and therapeutic ways to build stability and flexibility."
