Mysore classes
Mysore style is the traditional way of practicing the Ashtanga Yoga - according to your own breath, pace and level of practice. The teacher assists and corrects your practice and suggests modifications if needed, adding new advanced postures to your practice when you are ready for them.

Private classes
If you wish to learn Ashtanga Yoga in a private way, then you can always contact me. Private classes are suitable in case you wish to enhance your practice, have some health problems, or/and want to get deeper into practice.

Please, let us know if you practiced the Ashtanga Yoga in led classes or Mysore classes and who was your teacher before. Please, register via online reservation system. If you have never done the Ashtanga Yoga (in Mysore style or led way), please read info here.
Cancellation policy & waiting list
You can cancel your reservation up until 12 hours before the class starts.
Please, note that a no-show or a late cancellation will be counted as attendance and directly taken out from your credit.
There are 10 places available for a class and 4 places on a waiting list. If you are on a waiting list and the place will be released, the message will be sent to your mobile phone automatically.
